Independent brew boiler with PID control for both the groups ensures impeccable temperature stability, which is a must for high-volume beverage service. Its reliable, low maintenance electronic solenoid steam valves don't need rebuilding like mechanical valves. The intuitive volumetric interface allows you to record your settings automatically while brewing, making it easy to “replay” it all day.

 Further, it is equipped with barista dashboard per group, which allows you to operate, program and fine tune your machine from individual screens. Calibration in quick: just scroll and adjust values to make small changes or set up the full brew recipe. Also, it is possible to manually shift between a regulated low-pressure and a traditional pump-pressure easily with the brew actuator. And it features large drip tray, ergonomic functions and low-profile so as to allow baristas engage with guests easily.
