The Synchronika II builds on ECM’s legacy by adding exciting features like an OLED PID display and cartridge heaters in the group head. The result is a professional-grade dual-boiler with intuitive menu navigation and an astounding 6.5 minute heat-up time.
The ECM Synchronika is legendary amongst home espresso enthusiasts. In fact, many consider it to be the definitive dual boiler—it really doesn’t get much better than this…or does it? The Synchronika II builds on ECM’s legacy by adding exciting features like an OLED PID display with navigation knob and cartridge heaters in the E61 group. The result is a professional-grade machine with intuitive menu navigation and an astounding 6.5 minute heat-up time.
As we’ve come to expect from ECM machines, the Synchronika II offers precise temperature control and exceptional build quality. New to the Synchronika II is the addition of cartridge heaters in the E61 brew group which allow the machine to achieve brewing temperatures in an almost-unbelievable 6.5 minutes. As far as we know, no other dual-boiler espresso machine even comes close.
The redesigned OLED PID uses a rotary control knob with crisp knurling for menu navigation. All of the machine’s menus, features, and settings are accessible via this intuitive PID display: individual adjustment of the temperatures in both boilers, an optional display to remind you of group cleaning, an integrated shot timer that activates during extractions, and menus that toggle the automatic pre-infusion and program on/off times.
Just like its predecessor, the Synchronika II is a powerhouse, achieving 2-bar steam pressure for commercial-grade milk frothing. The 0.75 L brew boiler, 2 L steam boiler, and 2.8 L water reservoir will keep up with high-volume brewing. You can also plumb the rotary pump directly to a water line for a never-ending supply of brew water.
